Guests are able to to entertain in the great room. A comfortable leather couch and armchairs are situated around one of three fireplaces for all to enjoy. Watch movies on the flat screen or take in the views of Mt. Wilson while enjoying the company of each other. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is complete with granite counters, stainless Viking appliances and Keurig. The adjacent dining table seats up to 10 guests, while another five can be seated at the island.

Grand Vista's main level hosts two guest suites featuring en suite bathrooms with dual vanity sinks, glass steam showers and waterfall shower heads. Each bathroom also features separate oversized soaking tubs. Both suites are home to a flat screen TV and fireplace to keep guests cozy. Double doors lead from each suite to a heated wrap around deck.

On the lower level, families and groups enjoy watching movies on the 65" 4K TV while stretching out on the plush sofa and enjoying service from the wet bar. Just outside the double doors, enjoy the priivate patio complete with hot tub, dining table and lounge chairs. Another two guest suites are located on this level.
