Description
Villa Descanso is a newer "Mega House" located in the gated community of Pedregal. This 10,840 square-foot home is luxurious and perfect for your next large group vacation.
The main floor of Villa Descanso is designed for entertaining. There is a large living area that is completed with a sports room with a pool table, a large great room with a 46-inch flat-screen TV, a media room with a 46-inch flat-screen TV, a large gourmet kitchen with an indoor and outdoor counter seating for nine guests and a 32-inch flat-screen TV, and a dining room that accommodates twelve guests. The outdoor area of Villa Descanso has a jacuzzi that can hold up to ten guests, an infinity-edge swimming pool with a swim-up bar. The terrace also has plenty of lounge and deck chairs so guests can all hang out together in the area. A pergola for shade, a fire pit, and a gas BBQ complete the outside area.
The middle floor has four bedrooms and a large steam shower that can accommodate up to ten guests. The third floor has five bedrooms, outdoor terraces with lush vegetation, an Internet cafe with multiple connections so guests can hang out. All of the bedrooms have the same amenities; air conditioning, ceiling fans, a high-quality amplifier with an iPod docking station, individual satellite receiver, high-speed internet connection, a phone with Vonage and local dialing, CD/DVD player, speaker system, and a 32-inch flat-screen TV. These bedrooms also have their own private ensuite bathrooms with marble showers, granite vanities, and full-length mirrors.
