Upon entering into the home, guests are greeted by a beautiful courtyard in the center of the structure, creating an ideal place for family to gather, dine, play foosball and relax.

The furthest wing of from the home’s front door is also the closest to the sea. The foyer opens onto a large living room with two separate sitting areas and a fireplace, which enjoy Mediterranean Seas and are accompanied by an adjacent office. Opposite the living room is a beautiful formal dining room with seating for up to twelve guests as well as continued sea views.

A well-stocked kitchen, breakfast table and large pantry serve this home perfectly, allowing for spectacular family meals in one of the several indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces. Rounding out this level is a king guest suite with sitting room and large en suite bathroom, as well as service areas. Surrounding the home’s main level is a spectacular terrace which surrounds the home and boasts a swimming pool, wisteria covered pergola with plenty of seating beneath, large patio for entertaining and breathtaking views from every angle.

The top level of Buena Vista is occupied by the Master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closet and bathroom with tub and shower as well as incredible the sea views. Guests will also find two bedrooms with two twin beds each, and en suite bathroom with tub and shower combination overlooking the sea. A fourth bedroom is perfect for children with a trundle bed underneath.

Rounding out the property is an in-home gym and cellar, both of which are located on the home’s lowest level. A staff of two take care of the property and live in the quarters of the housekeepers.
