Casa Capitan Estate is large enough to host up to thirty-six guests on the North Playa Beach of Santa Teresa. This property is perfect for family reunions, weddings, special occasions, corporate retreats or other large gathering.

The year-round sunshine and sea air create a comfortable environment to read in a comfy lounger near the salt water pool or in a hammock blowing in the breeze. The yoga shala and massage area offer relaxing escapes as well.

Casa Capitan Estate includes a daily continental breakfast along with a full staff including concierge, property manager and housekeeper. Guests enjoy sampling the local seafood or other fare from the outdoor barbeque to be served al fresco. \

The Estate combines Casa Dewa, Casa Java, and Casa Capitan. The three villas provide plenty of opportunity to find a quiet corner or entertaining space.
