Allamanda is a 5-bedroom/4.5-bathroom private villa located in the Great River Private gated community. Allamanda also allows guests the use of a full staff; butler, chef, housekeepers, laundress, and a gardener. There is also a complimentary full-time driver with a 12-seat van (cost of fuel not included) and complimentary nanny for 40 hours per week for children 8 years and younger. This beautiful villa rental comes with one complimentary 60 minute massage with a 7 night rental.

As for entertainment, this luxury villa has it all. There is a 35' x 17' zero entry infinity edge pool, a playground with swings and a 15 foot slide, a half basketball court in the driveway, and a ping pong/pool table. For those who need to stay connected there is also a laptop, printer, scanner, fax machine, wireless internet throughout the home, complimentary Digicel cell phone for local calls, and complimentary calls to the US and Canada. There is a satellite and cable TV in every bedroom and a 70'' flat-screen TV, DVD player, and PlayStation 3 in the Great Room, along with a SONOS sound system that you can connect with your portable device and stream thousands of radio stations.

Staying in Allamanda will also get you a Round Hill membership for the duration of your stay, which includes; complimentary beach access, two connecting heated pools for parents and children, jogging trail, and the Manager's Cocktail Party. Allamanda can accommodate as many children as there are beds (2 adults and 10 children is possible). A nanny is required per 2 children if the ratio of children to adults is more than 2 to 1.

Two Jamaican Brown Dogs live at Allamanda (Bonnie and Emily). They are both very friendly and are given free reign of the property at all times when the owners are in residence. If requested, however, the dogs can be kept in their ample dog run during the day and only let loose in the early evening to roam the property at night. Just let the staff know your preference.

Guests of Allamanda can enjoy the privacy of this villa and its proximity to town. It will take you 4 minutes to get to the beach and only 20 minutes to get to town and the airport.
