Dotted around the hillside, the luxurious Residence Villas range from two to four bedrooms, and from 3,225 square feet to 13,020 square feet of expansive indoor and outdoor space. A stay is further enhanced by the services of a mae baan (live-in housekeeper). The Residences Villas’ décor features a rich palette of pewter, beige and silver, accented by yellow, brown and bronze. Indoor space is separated from the outdoor space by sliding glass doors, and includes air-conditioned living and dining areas with an LCD television with cable programming, a stereo and CD/DVD system, and an iPod or an iPod docking station. Some of the Residence Villas also offer one or more of the following features: a media/entertainment room; a family/games room with a pool table; a small office; and a small private gym. The indoor dining area accommodates up to 10 guests and is serviced by an adjacent fully equipped kitchen – where guests may cook for themselves or invite a Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui chef to prepare a meal to their specifications. A private plunge pool leads off the master bedroom. The Residence Villas also provide a guest powder room located beside the entrance foyer, and housekeeper’s quarters. The outdoor space includes a deck where guests may relax comfortably on chaises longues and the daybed around the main pool. The pool deck is also equipped with a private bar with wine cooler, coffee maker and a toaster. In a separate dining pavilion overlooking the sea, guests may dine comfortably at the sunken Japanese-style dining table.
