The dining room has seating for eight around a large wood table, which is immediately followed by a gourmet kitchen that would make any chef proud! Stainless steel appliances from Wolf & SubZero, a full-size wine refrigerator and marble and granite countertops create an incredible atmosphere for creating your next inspired meal. Off the west side of this kitchen is a small powder room, followed by an outdoor deck with barstool seating for two and a gas grill. Off the opposite side of the kitchen is the den with a cozy seating area, flat screen TV, desk, French doors to the front patio and wet bar – the perfect space for entertaining!

The lowest level of the home is occupied by the second living room/media room, as well as the laundry room and final three guest suites.
