The main residence is spread over three levels. You enter the home on the main level where you are welcomed into an intricate, mosaic-decorated foyer. There is a half bathroom on the right hand side of the foyer. Just beyond the foyer is the kitchen to the right, and a large dining room to the left. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. With top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances by Wolf, Sub Zero and Viking, this kitchen was made for entertaining! The kitchen area has a small dining table and sofas surrounding a flat screen TV. There is a small serving kitchen just off the main kitchen, as well as another half bathroom. The main dining room is opposite the kitchen, and can seat twelve guests. The dining room has a gas fireplace and an outdoor patio with a fireplace and chairs. Beyond the kitchen and dining areas is an awe-inspiring great room with lofty vaulted ceilings and huge windows with magnificent views to the north and the south. The great room has an oversized gas fireplace, and French doors leading out to a south facing, sun-filled deck. This deck has an outdoor grill station, a flat screen TV, multiple lounge areas and a very large custom built hot tub. This deck is gorgeous in summer or winter, with a sunny, uninterrupted southwest aspect. Relax and watch the skiers whiz by during the ski season or bask in the warm summer sun and admire the mountain views. Just beyond the great room is a wet bar with high backed leather chairs, a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. The wet bar opens out on to the main deck area. Either side of the bar are two king-sized VIP guest suites. One of the suites has a gas fireplace, a walk in wardrobe and a private bathroom with a tub and a steam shower. The other king guest suite also has a flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a tub and shower. This suite has French doors that lead out to the main deck area. There is also a ski room and an additional half bathroom just off the wet bar.

One level up from the great room is the King master suite. The King master suite has wonderful views of the ski resort, as well as a flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace and a small private deck. This suite also has a walk through wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with two sinks, a jetted tub, a steam shower and a separate toilet.

The lower level of the home has an additional four guest suites - three King suites and one bunk room (four single beds). All bedrooms have a private bathroom with steam showers. Two of these King suites also have a tub. All bedrooms at Hood Park Manor have a flat-screen TV and cable.

Downstairs there is also a spacious TV and games room with a pool table, a flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace and sofas. Just off this living area is a large media room with a cozy, oversized L-shaped sofa and a large movie screen. Additionally, there is a north-facing patio with a fire pit on the lower level. There is also a laundry room with two washers and two dryers and a chef’s kitchen with a full oven, range, and commercial-size fridge and freezer. There is also a garage on the lower level that can fit two or three vehicles.

In addition to the main residence is a charming guesthouse with two queen bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, an inviting living area with a gas fireplace and a full kitchen.
