The lower level of the villa features a rec room containing games and media. This room offers a Sony PS2, surround system, pool table, and 50 inch big screen. A sleeper sofa and bathroom are located on this level for extra sleeping space.
Separate mud room features boot dryers and equipment storage. Black Bear Chalet is home to an elevator servicing all floors for easy access. Private ski shuttle makes getting to Thunderhead Express Chairlift easy (less than 60 seconds).
