The Villa Luxe Guide

Luxury Villas in Nevis

A quieter island, framed by mountain and sea.

Nevis rises from a calm Caribbean shoreline to a green volcanic peak. Villa stays here are less about changing scenes each day than settling into a measured island rhythm, with the arrival by air or across the Narrows planned as part of the experience.

Peak, shoreline and a measured island pace

Nevis, The Villa Luxe Way

Compact, green and quietly self-possessed, Nevis rewards a stay designed around simplicity.

The island's western side brings together Pinney's Beach, established resort communities and views across the Narrows to St. Kitts. Inland, the slopes of Nevis Peak add rainforest, plantation history and a cooler visual counterpoint to the coast. Most international arrivals connect through St. Kitts and continue by water, though regional aviation serves Nevis directly. The exact Villa relationship to Four Seasons Resort or Paradise Beach must be resolved before those Area identities become public collection categories.

A Stay to Remember

We had a great time. Everything was beautiful and service was great. And we really liked Seranata 6 and especially the access to the St. Regis Beach Club. Thank you again for making our family trip this year so special.

Planning Your Arrival

Nevis can be reached directly by regional air, but many international guests arrive via St. Kitts.

Via St. Kitts (SKB)

Continue by prearranged ground transfer to a dock, then ferry or water taxi across the Narrows.

Vance W. Amory International Airport (NEV)

Serves regional flights and charters; live service must be checked for the dates.

On island

Taxis and rental cars are available. A vehicle can add flexibility; visitors drive on the left and may need a temporary licence.

Reconfirm the dock, luggage arrangements, weather contingency and return timing shortly before travel.

Before travel

Verify official entry procedures, each flight or boat segment and the final Villa transfer.

Ask a Specialist →
How do most guests reach Nevis?

Many fly to St. Kitts and continue by ferry or water taxi. Regional flights and charters may arrive directly at NEV.

Do we need a car?

Not necessarily for a contained beach stay. A rental car or driver is useful for exploring the island; driving requirements should be confirmed.

Which Area should we choose?

Four Seasons Resort suggests a larger community framework, while Paradise Beach is smaller and more Villa-led. Confirm the exact setting and any included community access for the selected Villa.

When should we visit?

Winter and spring are generally drier and popular. Summer and autumn are warmer, wetter and overlap hurricane season.

Are resort facilities included?

Never assume so. Beach, golf, dining, pools, transport and other facilities must be confirmed for the selected Villa.

How should we choose the right part of Nevis?

Start with arrival, setting, beach or mountain access, privacy and the way the group wants to spend each day.
