Villa Esprit del Mar

Villa Esprit del Mar is a modern Mayan masterpiece of stunning architectural design. Situated high on the eighteen foot coral dune, this magnificent home commands breathtaking views of the sea. A sandy beach is 1,000 feet from your door. The large 5,500 square feet of living space is enhanced with roof-covered outdoor patios that are linked to the 45 foot long mosaic tiled pool. The pool also boasts a super sized jacuzzi tub which seats eight people to view the ocean.  

Entering the large arched doorway of Villa Esprit del Mar, one is awed by the majestic circular stairwell and the thirty foot glass wall framing the ocean. The villa features an oversized living room, a candle-filled dining room, and a large black granite state of the art kitchen with a professional oven. All doors open up to the patios and swimming pool for perfect indoor-outdoor living. The spacious master bedroom suite is 1,400 square feet and occupies an entire wing of the villa. The 360 square foot bathroom is clad floor to ceiling in Mexican Crema-Maya marble. The Caribbean suite has a king sized bed directly facing the Caribbean Sea through nine foot wide glass doors. The jungle camp suite offers a playful accommodation with four beds fitting six children or four adults. Naturally harvested tree trunks adorn the four beds in this large room with its own large bathroom with double waterfall shower heads. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
