Casa del Oso is a Punta Mita luxury rental hidden behind thick foliage and nestled amongst strands of palms. Casa del Oso is in a very prestigious gated community overlooking Bahia de Banderas. This villa was designed to accommodate any type of occasion; family reunions, corporate incentive travel, birthday parties, special occassion celebrations and couples trips. Casa del Oso offers fabulous amenities and services. To start this luxury villa in Punta Mita is located within a gated community. The estate comes with 60,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor spaces. Inside guests enjoy a private wine cellar with dining area for 8, a home theatre with 150" screen, a steam room and infrared sauna. For the more active guests the house includes a customer designed UHD gold simulator, a bowling alley, a fitness suite with premium equipment, two golf cart, a private meditation/yoga room, and a game room (including pool table, ping pong table, and card table).
Outdoors at Casa del Oso boasts just as many amenities. There is a private spa with cold water plunge pool, alfresco dining palapa for 16, a stunning private infinity pool, and access to the beach.
Casa del Oso includes 10 spacious bedrooms. Two are Master suites. Four suites feature a King bed, two suites have a pair of Queen beds and two bedrooms are set up with twin over Queen bunk beds. All bedrooms are impecibly furnished and have an en suite bathroom, private terrace or balcony, AC, flat screen Apple TV, and Sonos sound bar.
This luxury Punta Mita rental also comes with service in every area. Beginning with pre-trip planning, to transfers form the airport to on- and off-property activities, the staff goes to great lengths to assure Casa del Oso's guests have the most rewarding vacation. The staff includes two concierges, a 24-hour butler, a villa manager, chef and kitchen assistants, servers, bartenders, housekeepers and a laundress.
