This home was custom-built by Don Koll who is the pioneering developer of the Palmilla Resort. The Estate includes Casa Koll, the main villa, and Casa Roca, the guest house.
Inspired by the chateaus of Saint-Paul-de-Vence in Provence, Casa Koll features sand-colored stone walls, intricate wrought iron fixtures, exquisite woodwork and elegant decor.
The gourmet kitchen provides a warm welcoming space for guests to gather with soft earthy tones and beautiful stone work.
Casa Koll provides four bedroom suites, almost all with views of the ocean. Next to Casa Koll, Casa Roca can house 8 more guests in 4 bedroom suites and also has a full kitchen, living, and dining area.
One of the most stunning features of Casa Koll Estate are it’s magnificent grounds and outdoor living spaces. Palm trees are dotted throughout the gardens which cascade down to the beachfront. A patch of brilliant green grass surrounds the infinity edge pool which meets the sea perfectly. Guests can also enjoy outdoor lounge chairs and a gas fire pit.
