The Residence at Parrot Cay is located after a short 1.45 mile buggy ride from the main COMO Parrot Cay resort. The Residence is a five bedroom main villa with two three-bedroom villas on property.

The Reisdence's main villa occupies 5,000 square feet of living space that includes an extra-large master bedroom (the entire upper level). Dramatic ocean views dominate the expansive living space. The ground floor features two bedrooms off each side of the living and dining area.
