Champagne Shores Villa is a private luxury villa with light-filled indoor/outdoor living and fresh modern interiors that showcase the resplendent natural views of the Caribbean and St. Martin. Completely refurbished in 2018 with custom interiors by New York designer Alexis Parent, Champagne Shores is a brand-new experience on Anguilla.
Sublime tropical details, textures and color will surround each guest and accentuate this world class natural location featuring elegant island living. Giant floor-to-ceiling windows face the dramatic Anguillian coast and are open to an expansive patio, cooled by soft Caribbean breezes. Anguilla’s world-famous West End beaches are just minutes by car.
Champagne Shores offers five impeccably styled bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms and an expertly-trained private staff and concierge standing ready 24/7. Special requests tailored to each guest’s experience are always welcome. For larger groups the neighboring villa can be booked for a total of 10 bedrooms.
Champagne Shores is building a new two-bedroom guest house, located just behind the main villa across from the gym, which is expected to be ready for arrivals from October 1. The villa will then have a total of 7 bedrooms and good to offer for Festive season. The additional guest house features:

The primary bedroom also has a walk-out furnished French balcony with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea.
Bedroom 2: Primary: This room is located on the upper level and is equipped with a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, air conditioning, a television, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking bathtub, a separate shower, and double vanities. The primary bedroom also has a picturesque Juliet balcony with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea.
Bedroom 3: This room is located on the upper level and is equipped with a queen-sized bed, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 3 also has floor-to-ceiling sliding windows with a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea.
Bedroom 4: This room is located on the upper level and is equipped with a queen-sized bed, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 4 also has floor-to-ceiling sliding windows with a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea.
Bedroom 5: This room is located on the lower level and is equipped with a king-sized bed, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 5 also has a garden view.
