Enter into the foyer and travel up a half flight of stairs to the great room with vaulted ceilings and wooden beam detail, composed of a comfortable living area, gourmet kitchen and dining room. In the living room guests enjoy a couch and two chairs surrounding the gas fireplace and flat screen TV – perfect for lounging after a long day of hiking, biking or skiing through the beautiful Mountain Village! For those who enjoy games, there is a small game table with two chairs here, too. Step through the room’s French Doors to the balcony with Wolf gas grill and views of the San Sophia Ridgeline and Telluride Ski Resort. For the rest of your culinary needs, the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances from Wolf, SubZero and Bosh, a wine refrigerator and granite countertops creating a breakfast bar for three. For additional dining options, the dining room, which is connected to the kitchen, seats up to eight guests.

The first guest suite is located on this floor as well. Guests staying in this suite will enjoy a split king bed, flat screen TV with DVD/VCR combo and full bath which is shared with the main living area.

Occupying the entire middle floor, alongside the home’s private garage, is the Master Suite. This beautiful space consists of a king size bed, sitting area, gas fireplace and private deck with views of the San Sophia Range. An en suite bathroom is equipped with a steam shower and jetted tub for soaking as well as dual vanities, marble countertops and tile floors.

Down one more flight of stairs is the home’s lowest level where, on the left, guests will find a side door to the exterior for incredible ski access just 50 feet away. Across the hall on the right is an ultra-convenient cubby storage area, followed by a laundry room with full-size washer/dryer, sink and coat closet. Because of the proximity to the slopes, the powder hounds in your group may appreciate staying in one of the two final guest rooms. The room on the left is a bunk room complete with four twin size beds, set up into two bunks, flat screen TV with DVD/VCR combo, French doors to the home’s private hot tub and full en suite bath with a combination shower/tub. The room on the right is another split king suite with flat screen TV, DVD/VCR combo and French doors to the ground level patio with a similar en suite bath as the previous suite.
