One set of stairs leads to the home’s lowest level and two additional guest suites as well as the laundry room, equipped with front loading washer/dryer and sink. The first guest suite on the left is a spacious second master suite with sitting area and king size bed. The en suite bathroom has a shower/tub combo, granite counter tops and double vanity. At the end of the hall, is a perfect bunk room for guests with children or young adults, consisting of 1 full bed and 3 twins. This room also has a large bathroom with double vanities, steam shower and dressing area.

The common space is a picture-perfect area for any family gathering and occupies the entire third floor. For the chef in the group, the kitchen is nicely equipped with Viking range oven and stove, top of the line cookware, SubZero refrigerator and freezer, as well as a Breville espresso machine and dual Krups coffee maker. From the custom cabinets to the granite counter tops, this kitchen is absolutely perfect. The living room is fully equipped with a large flat screen TV and surround sound Sonos system, also wired to the fourth and first floor master bedrooms. With the flip of a switch, you can even cozy up next to a warm fireplace with a hot cup of cocoa. Off this room is a large deck with bistro table seating for six, and a private hot tub. Enjoy dinner, a soak and incredible views!

The other master suite is located on the highest level of the home. Beautiful, vaulted ceilings, large windows and French doors, king size bed, and sitting area create a cozy escape for any guest. Enjoy the views of the San Juans off the room’s private balcony. The en suite bathroom has a deep soaking tub, steam shower and dual vanities.
