Completely renovated and well-conserved, the outdoor portion of the home stands out for its wide terraces and lush gardens, providing impeccable places in which to dine, offering al fresco dining tables and large sofas each overlooking the impressive swimming pool with solarium.
Upon entering the house home, guests will find an outdoor central patio with three mosaic tables in with seating for up to 18 people. Surrounding this area are a variety of different rooms including an office, game room with a pool table and 80 inch TV, as well as several living rooms. The living rooms are divided into three areas, each connected to the gardens allowing guests to enjoy reading, relaxing or just catching up with one another through intimate conversation.
On the top floor, guests will find the exquisite Masters Suite with king size bed and en suite bathroom with both tub and shower. A large closet, office and living room completes the upper level.
On the home’s ground level are four guest suites, each with split king beds and en suite bathrooms with tubs and separate showers. All bedrooms boast the same amenities, such as air conditioning and Wi-Fi and are all decorated in a similar fashion, but with their own distinct color variation. The final guest bedroom is ideal for kids with four twin beds and an en suite bathroom with both shower and tub.
The lowest level of the home is occupied by an exercise room, TV room, game room and a complete Hamman with sauna, massage room and showers, allowing guests the most typical Marroquin experience.
