Southwind contains 3,500 square feet of interior space and 3,000 square feet of exterior space. It features five air conditioned bedrooms and four baths and can comfortably accommodate 10 to 12 people. A large open air terrace, furnished for lounging and dining, overlooks the 20x40 foot, private vacation villa swimming pool, and the ever-changing harbor view. It is the perfect spot for a Caribbean vacation.

Southwind features a brand new kitchen and new bathrooms. All the furnishings are new as well and exhibit a look and feel of a Caribbean home. The Southwind terrace connects the kitchen, outdoor dining room, and the living room, which is comfortably and tastefully furnished. The living room opens to a den that contains a cable TV and VCR. Three bedrooms and two baths on this level are at opposite ends of the building for privacy.

The pool level contains one bedroom and bath and a large sitting room that opens onto the pool deck. This room is equipped with a wet bar, ice maker, and cable TV/VCR.

The fifth bedroom and bath are located on the very private third level.

Almost every room, including the kitchen has wonderful Caribbean harbor views of St. Thomas, and on clear days, St. Croix can be seen on the horizon. Whether you go out and enjoy the beaches and water sports of St. Thomas all day and return to the villa at dinner, or just relax and decompress during the day, this will be your favorite Caribbean vacation spot.
