La Fleur des Pitons

The 4200 square foot main villa has a 30 x 30 foot great room surrounded on three sides with tall wooden louvered doors, each opening onto a 10 foot wide covered veranda with sweeping views. The great room is ideal for relaxing with its high vaulted ceilings and island hand crafted furniture. The dining table accommodates 10, and Bose speakers provide surround sound music.

The south veranda faces a 30 ft long stone waterfall. Attached to the great room is an open plan, fully equipped, gourmet kitchen. Modern appliances include a side by side stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, a large stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and more. A 12 foot bar lines one side of the kitchen, complete with barstools for casual dining.

Outside the west veranda is a 40 foot by 12 foot infinity edge pool which gives the illusion of an endless horizon with the sea. One end of the pool deck provides an alfresco dining area, while the other end opens to a fully equipped sun deck for sun lovers. The villa has two spacious bedrooms with high vaulted ceilings, each with a private balcony overlooking the Pitons and the sea. One bedroom is located on the first floor and the other is upstairs. Each has a king size, hand crafted four poster bed, comfortable seating, desk, walk in closet, wet bar with small refrigerator, and electric kettle. Also included with each bedroom is an ensuite bathroom and balcony providing spectacular views out to the sea. A telephone in each bedroom and the telephone and WiFi in the great room provide full outside communication.

La Petite Fleur

A totally private and separate 740 square foot studio villa, set on its own grounds, completes this property. This cottage like villa can be rented with the main villa or as a stand alone property. It has a large common room with a queen size, four poster bed, comfortable sitting area, and a full kitchen with refrigerator, electric coffee maker, toaster oven, and blender. The unusual bathroom has a private outdoor shower with tropical plantings. A large walk in closet comes complete with a private safe.

This St. Lucia villa opens on to a spacious veranda and cool breezes, with an incomparable view of the Pitons and the Caribbean Sea. The veranda is furnished for sunbathing and al fresco dining, and is complete with a 10 x 12 foot plunge pool.
