The Porta Fortuna development is made up of 3 areas of homes. There is a row of beachfront homes, a row of ocean view homes behind those, and 14 Zen Casitas behind those. The land has been meticulously graded so that all properties have wonderful views. Zen Casitas 1-8 overlook the Bay of Banderas and 9-14 sit on the golf course with views of both the Bay of Banderas to the left and the Pacific Ocean across the golf course. You can only see the sunset from villas 9 -14 since it sets over the Pacific. Villas 9-14 also have larger yards and larger pools.

This villa is approximately 4,000 square feet (inside and outdoor living space) and offers 3 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Included in the rental rate, all guests will enjoy daily housekeeping and concierge services. Our concierge can take care of the details, including: airport pickup/drop off, stocking the villa with groceries, making a tee time, scheduling a massage, surfing lessons, dolphin encounter, whale watching, having a chef come to the villa, or just making dinner reservations. He and his staff will take care of your every need, and because you are renting a place within Porta Fortuna, you also have room service available to you, served right from Sufi restaurant located in our Playa Fortuna Beach Club, just one of the many little extras.
