The Jamaican setting of Pharos Summertime Villa is truly breathtaking. It is situated on five sunny acres of landscaped grounds, adorned by an abundance of palm trees, bougainvillea, and hibiscus. A large private pool surrounded by low hedge, with an exquisite view of the ocean is just one amazing feature you will find at this villa. Pharos Summertime Villa is a private haven of comfort and luxury on a lush green hillside over the sea. This spacious Colonial manor was renovated recently with Laura Ashley fabrics, soft pastel wall colors, new art, new bathrooms, and new kitchens. One of the latest additions is the 17' x 132', 4 hole putting green.

Pharos Summertime Villa can accommodate up to thirteen people, either as a single group, or up to 3 smaller groups. The sleeping areas are set up so that there are two bedrooms in the main house, as well as the East and West wings. All six bedrooms are air conditioned, have ensuite bathrooms, and open to decks with ocean views.

The Master bedroom in the Main House is upstairs with a king size bed, large bathroom with bathtub, and separate walk in shower. A separate dressing room and French doors open to a rooftop with a view of the ocean. It is a very spacious, private suite. The Ivory Room is also upstairs with a king size bed, and large ensuite bathroom with a shower. French doors lead to the rooftop and a beautiful view of the ocean.

In the West Wing, the Pink Room has a king size bed, and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. On the west side, a door opens to a private porch; just right for morning coffee. The Green Room has a double bed and private bath with a tub/shower combination. There is a private porch on the west where you'll enjoy your morning coffee or laze away the afternoon in the shaded hammock. Both rooms open to the pool terrace. Additionally, the West Wing study shares a bath with the Green Room. Ideal for children, it has a twin size sleigh bed, mahogany paneling, and a private porch. A second bed can be added on request.

The Yellow Room and Lavender Room in the East Wing each have an optional king or twin size beds and private ensuite bathrooms with a tub/shower combination. These rooms open onto the pool terrace.

Delicious home cooked meals prepared by the Pharos Summertime Villa chefs are served on Royal Worcester and Royal Dalton china on the open air poolside veranda. As a special treat, on moonlit nights meals are served on the terrace beyond the pool overlooking the romance of lights reflecting across the bay. Memorable dinners here can last for hours as guests relax into the heady ambiance of good food and drink, excellent service, and a magnificent setting.
