Bruadair has been cleverly designed so that it can either be rented in its entirety as a 7 bedroom villa or as 2 individual apartments, one with 3 bedrooms and one with 4 bedrooms, each with their own private pools and separate entrances.

The top floor of the villa has 3 air conditioned bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, an open plan kitchen, and a living and dining area which leads out onto a covered terrace. There is also a swimming pool with a coral sun deck.

The middle floor of the villa also has 3 air conditioned bedrooms, again all en suite and a living area that leads out to a covered terrace which has stairs leading down to the lower pool deck. Also situated on this lower level, is another en suite bedroom, an open plan kitchen and dining area, and an outside bar and gazebo.
