Villa Pasha is an impeccably detailed, almost new but traditional Caribbean style villa with a wrap around covered veranda. Villa Pasha is located on a private beach adjacent to "New Plymouth" (an 18th century loyalist settlement in Green Turtle Cay, Abaco). A two-mile white sand beach runs north to south in front of the villa, and the beautiful turquoise/aquamarine ocean is viewed from the east, south, and north sides of the villa. It is a breathtaking view!

Villa Pasha has 5 air conditioned bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a fully stocked library to enjoy. Villa Pasha has all the conveniences of home, including DSS satellite system, telephone/fax, and wireless internet access throughout the villa. The villa is also provided with a four passenger golf cart, four bicycles, as well as beach towels, linens, and utilities. The housekeeper works every day except Sunday, and the caretaker is available every day for assistance.
